Measures designed to make it easier for older persons insured with a pension fund to participate in the labour market have been in force since 1 January 2011. They allow pension funds to offer older insureds the following two interesting new solutions:

• Continuation of full retirement pension cover despite a reduction in working hours
• Continued payments into the pension fund if insured works beyond the AHV retirement age.

The PensFlex collective foundation has created the regulatory framework for insureds to be able to profit from these attractive planning options.
